Data controller

BINOV, 102 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, determines the purposes of processing on the Beez360 marketing website. Data enquiries: contact@binov.com. This policy does not replace the agreements governing restaurant data in the SaaS platform.

Information collected

Forms request your name, organization, email and country. Depending on the enquiry, we also request optional phone details, location count, network type, modules and timeframe; or business activity, territories, customer portfolio, experience, teams and exclusivity interest; or investor type and an information-pack request. The message is optional.

A technical reference and a fixed source-page category accompany the email. A honeypot and minimum completion time help filter abuse. No uploads, payments or detailed financial information are requested. Required fields are marked; we cannot qualify the enquiry without them.

Hosting also processes connection and security information, including IP addresses. Do not enter sensitive data, secrets or personal information about your restaurant's customers.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use your information to prepare a demo, respond to a project, assess a partner application or arrange an investor discussion. Requested pre-contractual steps provide the basis where applicable to the individual; for business representatives, our legitimate interest is to respond to and follow up relevant professional enquiries.

Abuse prevention and site security rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Mandatory retention relies on the applicable legal obligations. Consent applies to optional trackers. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a commercial agreement.

Delivery and recipients

Enquiries are emailed through Resend to BINOV's business mailbox. The application has no lead database, CRM or backup copy. Failed sends show an error and preserve the fields in the open page; closing or reloading clears them. Success means the send was accepted, not that the email was read.

Access is limited to authorized BINOV personnel and necessary providers: Vercel for hosting, Resend for sending, BINOV's mailbox provider for receipt, and OVH for the domain. The application does not send form contents to OVH.

BINOV SOLUTIONS, 19 rue Boumessouer, Houmt-Souk, Djerba, Tunisia, may assist with administrative qualification only under instructions and restricted access. Access must not be enabled before appropriate contractual safeguards are in place. Enquiries are not sold or distributed to a partner network.

Locations and transfers

Vercel and Resend may process data in the United States and countries where their subprocessors operate. A European Resend sending region does not guarantee European residency for metadata and logs. Any access from Tunisia also constitutes a transfer outside the European Economic Area.

BINOV must put appropriate processing agreements and transfer mechanisms in place: an adequacy decision where it covers the recipient, or standard contractual clauses and any necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for information about the safeguards actually implemented.

Retention

Without a contract, enquiries and correspondence are kept in the mailbox for no more than three years after the last active contact. BINOV manages deletion; no application database does not mean no email retention. Contractual records are subject to their own obligations and applicable statutory retention periods.

Resend delivery records follow the account's retention, thirty days on the standard plan. The application does not create extra copies of technical logs; hosting retention is configuration-dependent and limited to thirty days, except evidence needed for an incident investigation or a legal claim.

Audience and advertising measurement

Optional audience or conversion measurement may only be enabled after your choice and when a provider is configured. No form fields, names, emails, phone numbers or messages may be sent to those tools. Refusal does not prevent browsing or submitting an enquiry.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@binov.com. Identity checks are requested only where there is reasonable doubt.

We normally respond within one month; a justified extension is possible under the GDPR. You may complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL. This website does not automatically decide partner or investor acceptance. This policy will be updated when processing changes.
